Whatever you communicate to Dre at the start will give him a "blueprint" for how he actually gets your body to move appropriately. Then gradually he'll mold you into what you want.
Every four weeks you'll then sit down with him, evaluate progress, and change up your nutrition and workout intensity to make sure you complete your transformation.
