MOC Fitness programs are designed to be something fun that you look forward to, but that doesn't mean they're easy.
If you don't come with the discipline to log your progress and stay on track, then you're "uncoachable" and no fitness program is going to work for you.
No is not an answer. That's a cop out. We're gonna try it and if you can't, then we're going to learn. You don't fail. You're going to learn how you did it wrong, and then we're going to redo it again, and we're going to build strength.
We are going to teach your body and do it.
Adaptation happens by open communication and by logging your workouts. Too many people start a program that doesn’t require them to record what they’re doing. Huge problem with that.
If you aren’t tracking what you’re doing then you have no way of tracking your progress you made. And if you're not tracking your progress then you're probably not making much.
