There are a lot of fitness plans out there, and many feed into wishful thinking: "get a six pack in months," "look like a movie star," "lose 50lbs overnight," "build muscle like Arnold Schwarzenegger." The list of idealistic promises is endless.

Fitness doesn't work that way, though. It was a journey to get to where you are now, and it will be a journey to get to where you want to go.

At MOC Fitness we understand that journey, and we meet you where you're at to ensure you have fitness and nutrition plans that are realistic and sustainable. It's about taking baby steps and advancing forward, so you see results and stay hungry for more.

Gradual Adaptation: You aren't going to achieve your goals overnight and you're not going to completely change your life habits overnight. We meet you where you're at and gradually adapt your life and your body to set you up for long-term success.

Personalization: Everyone's goals are different. Just as your life is always changing, so too are your fitness goals. To avoid injury or burnout, you need programming that adapts to you. We start by understanding where you are, giving us the blueprint of how to actually get your body to move appropriately. Then gradually we're going to mold you into exactly what you want.

Fun: If it's not fun, you're not going to do it. So we're going to appeal to your wants and sprinkle in some of your needs. Eventually that will tilt, and we'll give you more of what you need and sprinkle in some of what you want. ;)

I believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone. I grew up not having access to a trainer or a top-notch coach, and I still made it, but a lot of other people still need help to get results. So I try to make sure my athletic coaching is accessible to everyone. I've seen people get turned away and it breaks my heart. Here you are trying to make a change. You want this. If you could mortgage your freaking life for it, you would do it, but you can't because no one's accepting lives as payment. So I started MOC Fitness, to ensure anyone who wants to get fit can.
